We have three main areas of service: 1) We provide computer training and tutoring to individuals and groups in their homes and businesses on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. We also will setup special one-time visits to train customers in a specific technology. 2) We address hardware needs including computer setup, repairs, high-speed internet connections, upgrade advice and general product use. 3) We provide web design from the most basic and affordable to the most complex. We are proud to offer both HTML and Flash design and would be glad to consult with you on various options. We approach our clients with a teaching mentality rather than a technical one. Our consultants are all patient, understanding individuals, and we consider our customer service our number one product.
